    Description

I'm not sure of the exact year this promo material was created but... Burton's Birds starred in a motion picture, "Bill & Coo" which was released in 1947 and won an Academy Award in 1948... seriously... "Bill & Coo" won an Oscar.  The promo material doesn't mention the movie OR the Oscar so it's a pretty good bet it was created pre 1947.
Frank Sennes, who is listed on the back as the Personal Manager of the act, was at various times in the 1940's, entertainment director of the Desert Inn, the Stardust, and the Frontier in Las Vegas and in 1953 opened the Moulin Rouge in Hollywood, which was, at the time, the largest nightclub, restaurant, and showroom in America. In the 1930's he ran the Hollywood Gardens in Hollywood where, every article written about him says... "He gave Betty Grable her first break"....
    Closed, the brochure is 5 7/8" x 3 1/4"
