Recently I purchased a box lot of vintage pins badges that from around the world, relating to souvenir, travel, transportation, downhill skiing, ski resorts, winter sports, and more.
This pre-owned vintage plastic pin with colorful painted finish is as found.
The lot contains one pin.
It features a fun representation
of a troubadour, a man singing to a small bird.

The pin is approximately 1 5/8 inches by approximately 1 1/4 inches at the widest points.

The pin clasp has a patina from oxidation with spots.
