Comes in original packaging.  This Eyewash Station and Thermostatic Mixer are in NEW and Unused cosmetic condition with one exception.  There is a small scuff on the front of the faucet incurred from handling outside of the packaging (see photo).  The main container box has received some damage from storage but the contents are in NEW condition.  This eyewash station was unpacked for installation and then returned to the box without an actual installation.  We have checked the parts list and all of the parts are included with one exception.  The serrated Tip and Vacuum Breaker for -ST option is missing.  This part replaces the Aerator when you want to pressure attach a hose to the faucet.  The eyewash station and faucet are fully functional without this part, but the user will not be able to configure it to utilize a pressure fitted hose.
