    This is a sheet of four postage stamps, issued by St Vincent and the Grenadines in 1996 to recognize Richard Petty.
    They are in the exact packaging I received them in as new, and were only just taken out to be photographed. Although I am no expert, I say they are in excellent condition and would look great in any collection.
