Original Mickey Mouse Club was sponsored by local movie theaters.
the D&R Theater was in Aberdeen Washington (built in 1923 I think it might still be there!)
illustration of early Mickey.
reads: "I want to join the D & R Mickey Mouse Club and agree to observe the Mickey Mouse Creed and the instructions of the Chief Mickey Mouse so I can enjoy the privileges and benefits to be extended members in good standing."
Reverse side is plain.
Although it has not been used - there is a stain along top edge.
