    Rare ACL Soda Beer Bottle Falls City Brewing Prototype Louisville Ky
    Marked: "Cereal Beverage, Non Taxable as Formeted Liquor"
    I received this bottle from a fellow collector who told me there are around 6 of these known.
    I've never seen another. Nice color combination, the paint is somewhat Thin overall but there is good coverage.
    A few dings, fleabites, and scratches.
    There is a shallow Nick top right just off logo, about a 1/4" flake (see photo)
    Which is the worst damage issue.
    Has 61 embossed at base and 30s on bottom.
    Logo is center over seam "Union Made" on back.
    Good example with no major damage, relatively clean, no inside scale.
    I don't know how many actually exist, but I've been collecting bottles for around 50 years and haven't seen another.
    Size approx. 9 1/2" tall ~12 oz.
