For sale here is an early, antique, amber, crown top, Pre-Prohibition, embossed beer bottle from Baltimore, Maryland. The bottle is embossed THE GOTTLIEB BAUERNSCHMIDT STRAUS BREWING COMPANY / large wreath design with TRADE MARK / G B S / REGISTERED inside / BALTIMORE, MD. on the front. Likely dates to around 1905. About 9.5 inches tall. No chips or cracks. Heavy scratches and wear as well as stain and haze from being dug. Has nice character. Please review photos before bidding/purchasing.
