    this dispenser UNIQUE is  it has Made in
    AUSTRIA
    at the bottom of stem but the
    PACKAGING IS JAPANESE
    with
    PEZ CANDY WITH JAPANESE AND AMERICAN WRITING ON LABEL.
    Fozzy has a yellow stem and white bow tie with pink dots. This would make a great addition to a collection
    for display. Do not eat candy.
