. At the time of posting, I can't find another for sale anywhere so I would think it is rare, especially in this condition. The
brochure is in excellent shape with minor corner dings and some spots on the back, as shown. The spots show faintly on the other side of the page.

measures 3.75 x 8.5 inches folded. It opens as shown.
