I said I would never part with this Kisstory....
This set was purchased and acquired from the famous & infamous
1992 Kiss Convention
at the
Airport Hilton
located in New Jersey...
I'm sure your all wondering what's the story and how did I end up with the Holy Grail
Kisstory
?
Once upon a time there was a
Kiss convention
held and started by a man named
Richie Ranno
of the 70's rock group called
Starz
who was managed by the late
Bill Aucoin.
To make a long story short that year in 1992
there was a booth at the
NJ Kiss Convention
that was selling
authentic Kiss costume pieces and other interesting
Kisstory
.
The booth was owned and operated by an individual  named
Gary
Danko
&
Al
Munson
he has since passed on..
His store in New Jersey was called
Rainbow Rockatourium
.
There is also a picture of Paul wearing his other platform shoes these were similar White with black stars. This is the only one in circulation that I know about. Maybe there is another one with him wearing these out there. But from the looks you can tell that he liked platform shoes with stars adorned on them.
I've bought several items that year including
Paul
Stanley's
two chokers one from
Dynasty
and the other from
Love Gun
era...
I also purchase the
Kiss Meets the Phantom Ace's cuffs, vest and boots
Paul Stanley's personally owned platform shoes signed in the 1970's by all four Kiss memebers

is
being
sold
on
Ebay
.
Unfortunately I just decided to list these shoes for sale on Ebay. I've had several inquiries about other Kiss items. These I hold near and dear to my collection that's why I reluctantly said that I do not have any more items for sale.
There was a warehouse that
Bill Aucoin
owned and in that warehouse was
Kisses
personal costume pieces from the 70s including video and other items and memorabilia...
He wanted to retrieve some financial information out of the warehouse and ended up selling the warehouse to these individuals...
Anybody that knows me knows that I am well regarded in the Kiss community with purchase you will receive a certificate of authenticity from 8255 Sunset Music and Rocksteady Productions
He sold the warehouse to
Richie
Ranno
and
Gary
and thus the
New Jersey Kiss Conventions
were born in the early 90s...
