    published (and cut from) Good Housekeeping Magazine, April 1943. 11-1/2" X 8". The Good-Neighbor pages ran from December 1942 to May 1943.
    Page is clean. There is a crease at top right and bottom left, but no tears
    Mickey Mouse tells a Little Story about a Little Penguin.
