USA made welding cable and USA made tinned ring terminals (slows corrosion). Crimped and soldered ends allow the best current flow and durability. Soldering provides the ultimate cable end termination, an important step skipped by many cable builders
Soldering
the terminal to the cable, after the two are crimped tightly, creates a "ferrule" which will not allow the cable to vibrate or pull away from the terminal. This bond also does not allow acid to penetrate between the terminal and cable causing resistance due to corrosion. Excessive resistance at the terminal/battery post junction can cause heat which could possibly destroy the battery post, leading to unnecessary replacement.
