CONGRESS WATER-EMERALD GREEN BOTTLE 1900'S?

Description

EMBOSSED CONGRESS WATER  on one side of this lovely green bottle (with a tiny o near bottom edge) The other side is embossed with CONGRESS EMPIRE SPRING CO., with a large embossed C.  SARATOGA.N.Y. (Near the O of CO. there is a shape like a leaf halfway across seam)  Can't identify the precise age. If possible I will combine postage if winning more than one auction.  Feel free to ask questions.  I will do my best.  Insurance available for additional charge.
