Installation
1.Drill three hole on the ground where to install according to the diagrams of Parts and Components
2.Assemble all parts according to the Diagrams of Parts and Components(Except Installation Bracket)
3.Before install the Pull Rod, take off the needle located at the Pull Rod. When finish installation of Pull Rod, use the needle to fix.
4.After assemble all parts, locate the whole device on the ground
