    Description

    Not exactly sure what this actually is... the daguerreotype frame measures  2 1/4" x 2 5/8". Clear glass measures 2" x 2 1/2". The black glass? with artwork measures 1 5/8" x 2 3/8". Bottom left hand corner of black piece is damaged, the man and woman images have crazing, and the gentleman's left hand appears missing.  It seems to be a small reverse on glass piece, but I'm not sure. Found in an estate with many antiques
