    This is a 1960s vintage season tickets order form from "Circle Arts Theatre" in San Diego, CA, for the 1964 Summer Season, measures 3 5/8" x 6 1/2", four pages, and is complete. Pictured are 5 scheduled performers including: Patricia Morison, Peter Palmer, Forrest Tucker, Jayne Mansfield, Gisele Mackenzie [and a 6th unidentified "Surprise Star" teaser].
    Condition:
