1892 Columbian Expo Half Dollar Gem BU - doubling error

Description

An extraordinary beautiful coin.  The strike doubling affects only the outer edge of the reverse.  Overall the coin is in a high mint state... to my untrained eyes it looks like a 64.  You will have to make that call.  I've done my best to photograph it for you.
